Why should you restart your PC every Am.

does it help to restart in the evening? I often hit restart instead of logoff in when I leave for the day.

Around 5 or 6 pm I start updating some of the PCs.
I stagger the anti-virus scans and updating so it does not burden the local network.
About 5 am the last of the updates are kicked off.
So the updating happens at night, and the perfect time to restart is in the AM.
Maybe not everyday, but Monday is a great day to do this if you only do it once a week.
