: Modify Finishing Options When Printing a Job From a Microsoft Windows 

 
  1. Open the file to be printed, and then select [Print] from the File menu. The Print window will be displayed.
  2. Select the required printer, and then click on the [Preferences] or [Properties] button. The Preferences or Properties window will be displayed.
  3. If necessary, select the [Paper / Output] tab.
  4. Select the required option(s) from the Finishing pull-down menu.  The following options are available:
    • [No Staples]
    • [1 Staple]
    • [2 Staples]
    • [Multiple Staples]
    • [No Hole Punching]
    • [Hole Punching]
    • [No Fold]
    • [Bi Fold]
    • [C Tri-Fold]
    • [Z Tri-Fold]
    • [Booklet Creation]

      NOTE: The options available depend on the type of Finisher installed on the machine. Color Qube is the only printer with Booklet maker options

  5. Select any other required options from the Paper / Output, Special Pages, Color Options, Layout / Watermark and Advanced tabs.
  6. Click on the [OK] button twice to send the job to the printer.
